Balsamic Gel for cheese is acidic and sweet, made using Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, IT and balanced with Apple and Brown Cane sugar. Slowly reduced until syrupy and caramelised.
It is delicious as a pairing with strong aged Cheddar, Blue or even drizzled onto a salad or pizza with Parmesan.
